  My experience at Ross is not the best especially when you are checking out. I feel like a herd of cattle.What you hear is next next,the person in front of you doesn't even have their change or receipt yet.Next, not a hello how are ,very in personal, very robotic.

  Pls , Don't put the price tag on the skin of product or the material of goods.I bought a shoes a couple of weeks ago and I been trying to get rid of the price tag on the shoes skin that so disappointing to do that . Moreover , I wouldn't suggest you guys to buy the underwear coz they become triple size bigger when you wore it twice .

  I really like these chain stores. They have great items at a very low price. The problem I have with this location is how messy and disorganized it always is. I have been to this store at least 8 times this year and have not seen it clean and organized. Last time I saw 3 employee just talking and laughing. I was around the area trying to find a pair of boots took me 20-30 minutes to find my size since everything was all over the place. They talked the whole time I was there. Hopefully management can improve this.
