  I bought Microsoft office for Mac at Best Buy about a month ago... I had it installed by the Geek Squad because I'm special when it comes to technology... Well they had trouble installing it! They had to grab two different word disks from the store and had to attempt to download it from online... After being there for 3.5hours, I finally had Microsoft office on my computer.... Along with "TuneupMyMac"... Which is a virus!!!! I called the geek squad to ask them to fix it, and they told me they could clean it up for $200... So... They gave my poor little Mac a virus and now want to charge me to remove it... You can't PAY for good help anymore...
