  Absolutely terrible experience, I wish I could give them 0 stars. This place is NOT SAFE FOR KIDS. The employees don’t care! I have a 4 and 6 year old who were trying to have a good time jumping in the “toddler” designated area. Next thing you know a group of teenagers came onto that side and we’re going crazy. Employees kept walking past and didn’t say ANYTHING! ARE YOU KIDIDNG ME! It took me to say something. Never, never again will we come here. The food in the food court is disgusting too!! I ordered 2 slices of pizza for the kids, you could tell the pizza had been in there for awhile. When the girl served them to me she had a disgusted look on her face when she was serving the pizza to me! On our way out I asked for the manager, and someone at the front desk said, “she said she’s too busy...” We WILL NEVER BE BACK. Everyone that worked there looked miserable, that should tell you something.

  I took five boys here today for our first time- WOW!! Very impressed.We arrived at 4pm and the manager on duty at that time was phenomenal (I needed to speak with her about a slight concern and she handled it beautifully). We were there for 3 hours and each boy ranging in ages from 3 to 15, LOVED the place. I have never seen them want to stay anywhere for this long, especially the older ones! Very VERY happy to have found a place so perfect for each age group!!
