  First technician fixed the original problem but caused a bigger one. While installing a new drum the tech caused my dryer to stop heating. The next day another tech came out, fix the heat but it only lasted 20 minutes. I called customer service again and they refused to contact and tried to make me wait four days. After literally screaming they agreed to send a tech out the following day. So on the third visit two tech arrived. They finally fixed the heating issue but while working on my dryer they removed the dryer from the vent therefore all the excess heat and lint was blowing out the dryer into my home! They also didn't tighten down all the panels. To say Sears is incompetent is an understatement. Not only are the techs horrible, the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. At this point I will no longer step foot in a Sears, let alone every spend ANY money with them.
