  In the past month or so they must have hired someone new who doesn't know how to read or spell - because every time I order ketchup and relish on my hot dog - I end up getting home only to discover it was made Mustard and relish..... each time the bag was very clearly marked properly - which means either the person doesn't know how to read, or they're intentionally doing it on purpose.
  
  When I eat inside Portillo's, it's always right - which means they only do it when they know the person isn't going to find out until he/she gets home. I'd think the person would have been fired by now.

  Rushed to order for slow service and rude staff. The drive through staff are absolutely just horrible. It's like a social club and they are more worried about talking and cracking jokes than helping customers. Grew up coming to this location sad to see it get this bad No longer coming here

  Very delicious and traditional good foods. Best burger I had in a long time. Go here if you are hungry and are willing to spend money for good AND tasty food!
