  I usually love Panera but this time it was terrible. First they had no salads available to order. They had no flatbread bread. I ordered the vegan lentil quinoa broth bowl which sounded amazing to me. It was supposed to have rice and quinoa and tomato sofrita things. It didn't mention mushrooms. When I got my order it was completely missing quinoa and rice and tomatoes and it had a buttload of mushrooms and very little lentils. It was mostly mushrooms and broth. I would have never ordered it if I had known it had mushrooms in it. We went up there and asked if this was the right dish, they said it was. They said that the quinoa and rice was in there. I know what quinoa looks like. There were no little round seeds or skinny oblong grains for rice. These grains do not melt when cooked. I felt like I was cheated. They did replace the flatbread with another bread though and that sandwich was good so my overall rating is a 2 for that. I am very disappointed with Panera right now. I want my money back.
