  We purchased a Groupon for three rooms and a hallway so we can have one large room cleaned. The technician who showed up attempted to upsell (the Groupon was $55 and he told me that the carpet needed "deep cleaning" and he can do it for an additional $80) After I told him that I'd like to stick with the original purchase he hooked up his machine, dragged the brush around for about 10 minutes, told me that's all he can do for me and nothing else can be done and left.
  I do not recommend this service to anyone. I understand that white carpets are not easy to clean and I wasn't expecting miracles, but if you cannot honor a deal DO NOT OFFER IT.
  
  Update: after I posted this review I got a call back from the company (a week after I have left the original message). I explained the situation and was told very rudely I shouldn’t have left the review before I’ve given them a chance to respond. I assured them I will take the review down if they fix the situation. They scheduled an appointment for two weeks or so out. We had to leave all the furniture in the garage to avoid dragging it back and forth.
  Well, by the fact that my review still stands, you have probably concluded that this company never did what they where supposed to and you’d be correct. They did not show up for the appointment and no one returned my calls. We were robbed of $55 which I’ve filed under “full me once” category. I have filed a complaint with Groupon and BBB. I suggest you never use this company for any services.
