  I purchased some batteries and inadvertently left them in my cart. I called Costco and ask them if anyone had turned them in apparently not. They took my name and telephone number and my card number identifying the product that I purchased and told me to come back in and I could pick up another set of batteries. No charge. The Personnel was very courteous and accommodating. I have been a long time member of Costco and would recommend it to anyone.
